We are in the pre-launch phase for a new Ketchikan, Alaska business. Our mission is to help locally owned, operated, and staffed businesses with free advertising to the tourism market. A portion of proceeds will also go to local causes and charities to further assist the community. Too high a percentage of the tourism dollars spent in the community go to entities that are not local. Ketchikan.org will use market forces to help shift more of this money into a local spending cycle to better benefit the community and support local causes.
